Anne Corbett AREINZ - Manager
Anne's been in real estate, specialising in property
management since 1989. Her team have a depth of local knowledge, are well
qualified and experienced and are well known for going that extra mile. Anne is
happy to talk to landlords and tenants personally about any tenancy issue. We're
here to help.
Madeleine van Rooyen - Team Leader and Property Manager
Madeleine joined our team in 2001. With a background in accounting, teaching and
social responsibility management, she brings a wide range of skills, knowledge
and experience to provide a service dedicated to the special needs of each
individual situation of landlords as well as tenants.
Lynette Anquetil – Property Manager
Lynette has lived in Paramata for over 13 years and has had a wealth of
experience in administration and the property management and hospitality
industries.
Michele Pigou - Property Manager
Michele was born and raised in the Porirua area
with over ten years experience in real estate in the Kapi-Mana area. Michele is
a landlord herself and understands what landlords expect. She is very much a
'people person' and firmly believes that there exists 'an ideal property for
everyone'.
Simone Pauletic – Administration
Simone is very experienced in all facets of
real estate administration over many years. She supports our busy team of property
managers and is able to assist tenants and landlords with rental and property management
enquiries. Simones friendly smile and helpful manner will greet you at the front desk in
Porirua or on the phone..
